We have reserved your session for you and require 14 days notice (unless otherwise agreed upon with Battle Circuit) for any cancellation and/or re-scheduling of birthday parties. If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 50% for the full scheduled session.

If for any reason Battle Circuit needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we will strive to let you know as soon as possible.

Absolutely! You are free to bring your own food and/or arrange catering for your party.

You may arrive 15 minutes before your booked timeslot to check-in. The group scheduled prior to you will still be in progress; however, we have a waiting area for you and your group until your event begins.

For all party packages we provide tablecloths, plastic cutlery & cups, chip bowls, napkins, paper plates (plain white), and lighters.

If you are bringing a cake, please bring your own cake and candles. We provide knives to cut the cake, as well as a refrigerator and/or freezer to store it.

Be sure to select "Battle Circuit Activities/Birthday Party Packages" on the left side to view Battle Circuit's offerings. Choose your desired activity, date, and time. From there, follow the instructions to finalize your booking.

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, given the structure of our parties, we will be forced to shorten your session. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session but will receive an abbreviated session.

For example, if you booked a 1-hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for the full hour and will receive 45 minutes of play time for that session, including any necessary training time.

Yes, you may bring as many extra players as you'd like as long as you meet the minimum amount. Extra players will increase the price accordingly and will be counted on arrival.

If your group size is changing significantly (e.g. you're expecting an extra 10 players), please contact us ahead of time so we can schedule more staff for your party.

To check availability, please click “Book Now” (top-right corner) and wait for the Bookeo system to load. Here, you’ll be able to navigate to certain dates, times, and activities. Anything that is not shown is already booked.

No, Battle Circuit is a separate facility located in the same plaza as Archery Circuit.

Parents of children under the age of 18 can fill out the online waiver anytime before the party by visiting battlecircuit.ca and clicking "ONLINE WAIVER" in the menu.

Participants age 18 and older are able to sign their own waivers via the same route (Battle Circuit uses a fully-electronic waiver system and therefore will not have paper waivers onsite).

Yes but Battle Circuit will not be held liable for any damaged or stolen personal items. Please let the staff on site know that you would to take a photo and we would gladly assist in that process.

We recommend active wear and a change of clothes as our activities leave our customers truly embracing the sweat. Boots, heels, slippers are not recommended for the safety the customers. Customers are free to change in our washrooms (there is no "change room" on site).

We clean all of our equipment including couches and tables used by our guests. Our safety gear, blasters, and add-ons also undergo ultra violet radiation disinfectant in addition to disinfectant spray & wipes.

All birthday party packages (2 and 3 hours) will start with 30 minutes in our blaster range. Participants will be able to test out a variety of NERF® blasters and shoot at targets we have set up in the range. Additionally, instructions and safety rules will be communicated by our hosts during this time.

Next, your group will spend 1 hour (for 2-hour birthday packages) / 2 hours (for 3-hour birthday packages) in our arena, where hosts will lead participants through a series of games using our NERF® blaster inventory.

Finally, the final 30 minutes of your party will be spent eating and celebrating (birthday cake time!) inside your party's assigned private party room.

On top of these general guidelines, guests are free to explore our public lobby where several arcade and table games can be used (complimentary with birthday party packages).

Our minimum age requirement is 5+. We find that children younger than 5 generally have a hard time operating the equipment, and as a consequence don’t get the whole experience. With that said, if you are hosting a party for kids (ages 5+) but have a few younger siblings that would like to attend, the younger siblings can participate if an adult tags along with them.

Absolutely. We carry a large variety of NERF® guns that satisfy every child’s desires; however, if your child would like to bring their own NERF® blaster, they are welcome to do so.

We will tag the NERF® blaster so it doesn’t get mixed up with our inventory. We ask that you leave any blaster darts at home; if you bring them to our facility, we will have no way of distinguishing them from our own.

Yes! Parties will have access to one of our two private party rooms. Parents and anyone who is not participating can hang out in their private party room while the players are in the arena. The rooms will also be the main dining area for the party during their break and are equipped with TVs and seating.

Additionally, our lobby is equipped with various arcade games, table games, seating, and WIFI.

Yes! If you’re coming by to checkout Battle Circuit in-person, you can pickup free invitations inside (only during staffed hours – staff are only onsite when there are bookings). Please call ahead of time to check if there is anyone onsite.

Alternatively, you may download and print invitations (coming soon).

Parties will have access to one of our two private party rooms. Each room is equipped with TVs, seating, and tables for guests to hangout (as well as eat).

Participants will be in the arena for their NERF® battles. Hosts will facilitate a smooth transition so that your party is playing only with members of your party; as the previous party exits the arena (and into their private party room), participants in your party will be moved into the arena for their arena time.
